The largest residential complex in the northern region of the country has begun to be built in Dashoguz, near the highway leading to the international airport, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reports.

The new microdistrict will occupy an area of 71 hectares and will include dozens of four–storey houses with apartments, where there is everything - furnished kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and spacious rooms.

In total, the complex will accommodate almost 1.5 thousand families. State-owned companies and private structures of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan participate in the construction.

In order to provide a socially favorable environment for the residents of the new district, it is planned to create a number of socially significant facilities. The houses are built taking into account the local landscape and using environmentally friendly materials and the design of national architecture.
