The summer camp for talented schoolchildren is organized by the Oguz han University of the capital
In the format of a 10-day summer camp, the national Olympiad among schoolchildren of grades 9-11 of secondary schools of the country will be held in Ashgabat. The intellectual gathering is organized on its territory by the capital's Oguz han Engineering and Technology University. The same university initiates the school competition.
The university camp will host the third and final stage of the integrated school Olympiad in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and English. But to get there, you need to pass two qualifying rounds in these disciplines, which will be organized among students of district, regional and city schools. The competition starts in February 2023.
An unlimited number of students can participate from each school – 5 winners will be announced in each age category, and there will be a total of 20 in each round.
The champions of the two stages will continue the competition in the summer camp. The Olympiads will be held in Turkmen and English. The prize-winners will receive a "Letter of Recommendation" from Oguz Khan University, which will help them to enroll in higher educational institutions of the country and abroad. Students will also receive diplomas and gifts.
Students' expenses for accommodation, meals and other needs during their stay at the summer camp are paid by the university.
