During his trip to Slovenia, the Ambassador held a protocol meeting with Foreign Minister Tanya Fayon, as well as talks with the heads of the Department of Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia and the Department of Economic Cooperation of the Ministry.

Expressing interest in intensifying Turkmen-Slovenian cooperation, the sides noted the importance of holding political consultations at the level of the heads of the foreign ministries of the two countries, as well as expanding the legal framework.

The diplomats also touched upon the preparation for the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Slovenian Commission on Economic Cooperation to be held in March 2023 in Ljubljana and the organization of meetings of members of the Turkmen delegation with representatives of ministries and departments of Slovenia within its framework.
