Business missions from Russian regions will regularly visit Turkmenistan - CCI of the Russian Federation
Business missions from various regions of Russia will regularly visit Turkmenistan, TASS reports with reference to the words of Vladimir Padalko, Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
"In the wake of the Russian-Turkmen Business Forum held recently in Ashgabat, we decided to set an additional task: once every two months, a delegation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of any region would travel to the country and work with colleagues from the relevant sector," he said and clarified that the first business delegation would arrive from Lipetsk region.
Thus, in April Turkmenistan will host about 40 entrepreneurs from this region engaged in such areas as metallurgy, vegetable growing, food sales, production of household appliances and car tires.
Padalko also expressed confidence that the upcoming forum will become a platform not only for discussions and meetings of business councils, but also for bilateral meetings and establishing contacts.
"As experience has shown, this is what entrepreneurs expect from us today, for whom, in the context of the formation of a new international system of economic relations, the number one task is to reorient to new markets and search for reliable partners for cooperation," Padalko concluded.
