The Turkmenbashi port has successfully connected Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan with transit traffic

The Turkmenbashi International Seaport has become a transit point for more than one hundred 40-foot containers from Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan loaded with auto parts for AZERMASH SP LLC, the Turkmendenizderyayollary agency reports.

Spare parts used in the automotive industry were shipped from UzAVTO MOTORS JSC, and the cargo transportation through the port was carried out by the Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan.

Since January 1, 2023, the Marine Merchant Fleet of Turkmenistan has supplied the vessel "Balkan" for the implementation of feeder transportation for the transportation of containers in the direction of Turkmenbashi – Baku – Turkmenbashi to increase transit along this route.
