The US Embassy in Turkmenistan has announced a vacancy for an assistant on economic issues.

The duties of the Economic Affairs Assistant include collecting and analyzing economic information in Turkmenistan, establishing contacts with relevant government agencies, international organizations and representatives of the private sector.

The one also serves as a core expert on women's economic empowerment, as well as entrepreneurship and business development.

Requirements for the candidate:

The candidate must have a higher education in economics, business, management, international trade or related specialties, as well as at least three years of work experience in a public or private organization performing economic or business analysis, economic reporting, etc.

The person must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English, Russian and Turkmen languages.
