The head of state received President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the RF Rustam Minnikhanov
On January 20th, esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to our country on a working visit.
The high guest expressed his happiness for the opportunity to discuss some issues of established effective cooperation during the meeting, and conveyed to the head of state the warm greetings and good wishes from President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin for happiness, well-being and success in the path of state development for all the Turkmen people.
President Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated the importance of the events held during this visit and said that it was a great honor for him to participate in them.
Thanking for the kind words, the esteemed President expressed best wishes to the leaders of the friendly country. The head of state said that independent Turkmenistan intends to expand traditional friendly relations with Russia in the future.
President Rustam Minnikhanov expressed deep gratitude to the esteemed President for the effective cooperation and support for companies operating in Turkmenistan, and expressed the readiness of representatives of the Tatar business community to actively participate in the large-scale reform programs being implemented in Turkmenistan.
Cooperation in a number of areas, in particular, the fuel and energy complex, transport, textile industry, agriculture, machinery and shipbuilding systems, has a special importance in wide-ranging relations.
At the end of the meeting, the esteemed President and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation expressed their best wishes to each other and expressed confidence that the long-standing friendship, good neighborliness and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two fraternal peoples will be successfully continued.
