Demanded services for exporters in Central Asia will become 70% cheaper thanks to the support of USAID

The USAID Central Asia Trade Program continues to support the efforts of Central Asian entrepreneurs to enter foreign markets through the "Trade Promotion Service Providers" initiative TPSP (Trade Promotion Service Providers).
The initiative provides assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises (exporters) in promoting products for export through the involvement of local competent consultants. One of such tools to help small and medium-sized enterprises in promoting products for export is the developed "Catalog of consulting organizations for the promotion of trade from Turkmenistan".
The catalog is compiled in Turkmen and Russian, contains information about consultants specializing in various fields of export consulting, such as: marketing, product development, preparation for certification, development of sales systems, as well as companies in the "other services" section specializing in customs and legal services. The catalog includes data on the experience of companies in the market and contact details of representatives.
The electronic catalog will provide you with the opportunity to quickly find a consultant or consulting company that will help you in your quest to export.

Benefits for exporters from participating in the TPSP initiative:
The USAID Trade Program in Central Asia will cover up to 70% of exporters' costs for in-demand consulting services under the TPSP initiative, but no more than $5,000 for each service. One exporter can apply for up to three consulting services within one calendar year.
Benefits for consultants from participating in the TPSP initiative:
The TPSP initiative is also aimed at developing export consulting in the Central Asian region. Consultants (consulting companies) from Central Asian countries to provide their services under the TPSP initiative must pass pre-qualification and then actively offer their services to local exporters.
The USAID Trade Program in Central Asia cooperates with specialized consulting companies and consultants (the list of services is given above). In order to ensure that all participants have equal access to the opportunities of the TPSP initiative, one consultant can apply to provide his services to no more than three exporters per year.

In Turkmenistan, the first company to take advantage of the TPSP initiative was the Jadyly Çeşme economic society, a manufacturer of soft drinks under the TUT brand. The company started its activities for the production of soft carbonated beverages in early 2022, but thanks to an active marketing strategy, it has gained its niche in the market of Turkmenistan.
Jadyly Çeşme also sets ambitious goals for entering foreign markets. Currently, the company employs highly qualified employees and has established the production of more than 10 varieties of drinks on the most modern equipment purchased from leading manufacturers in Europe. In addition, there is its own laboratory, where the quality of products is strictly controlled, including thanks to invited specialists from Europe.
Jadyly Çeşme applied for co-financing of consulting services for the development and implementation of an integrated quality management system (international standard ISO 9001:2015) and food safety (international standard ISO 22000:2018). The consultant, who was one of the first to pass the qualification selection and will provide services for the implementation of quality management systems and food safety at the company "Jadyly Çeşme", is the company Standart Hyzmat.
