The Romanian Government offers scholarships for foreigners
Applications for a Romanian Government scholarship for citizens of non-EU countries continue to be accepted. This is reported by the Romanian Foreign Ministry.
The scholarship provides free education in one of the higher educational institutions of Romania on bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs.
Candidates can choose the curriculum they are interested in in all fields except medicine, dentistry and pharmacy. Bachelor's and master's degree programs are available only in Romanian, and doctoral students can choose a course in English or a foreign language established by the doctoral school.
Persons who do not speak Romanian can take preparatory training before enrolling in the program.
Interested candidates can submit applications and relevant documents by March 1, 2023 on the educational online platform.
