The head of the Afghan Foreign Ministry said at a meeting with Kabulov that the Taliban wants to increase its diplomatic presence in Moscow and raise its level.
"Mutaki thanked Russia for providing all the premises for the Afghan embassy in Moscow," the Afghan Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
