A year long: a literary contest was announced in Mary
The Mary department of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, together with the editorial office of the regional newspaper Mary-Shahu Jahan, announced a creative contest.
The literary contest is dedicated to the significant dates of 2023 - the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the 28th anniversary of the country's neutrality and the 32nd anniversary of the founding of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan.
The main purpose of the creative contesr is to reflect patriotism as a value-semantic core of the development of the individual, family, society and state. The main objectives of the contest are to stimulate intellectual creativity, demonstrate and promote the achievements of the region and the country, draw attention to the social problems of developing the intellectual potential of society.
To participate, you must submit journalistic materials, a work of art, a selection of poems marked "Individual Contest" for the jury's choice, as well as indicate your personal data.
The results of the contest will be summed up in December 2023 at a joint meeting of the Mary department of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan and the Mary-Shahu Jahan newspaper. Winners will be determined in several categories:
― journalism (articles, essays, etc.)
― works of art (stories, short stories, etc.)
― collections of poems
