Bidding on SCRMET: LNG and technical sulfur are sold for export
On Friday, January 6, 10 deals totaling $20.1 million were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
Entrepreneurs from Turkey and Afghanistan purchased 33 thousand tons of liquefied gas, offering $381 for each ton of products. The total sum of transactions amounted to $12.5 million.
A businessman from Turkey purchased 100 thousand tons of granular technical sulfur for $7.6 million during the auction. The cost of each ton of products was estimated at $76.
