Bidding on SCRMET: more than 13 thousand tons of petroleum products were sold for export
On Thursday, November 10, 9 deals totaling $10.2 million were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, the ORIENT correspondent reports.
Businessmen from Turkey purchased 5 thousand tons of total petroleum coke produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil processing plants. The total amount of transactions amounted to $3.4 million. Another representative of Turkey purchased 2 thousand tons of calcined petroleum coke worth over $2 million.
Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan and Turkey signed contracts for the purchase of 2 tons of SN-350 base oil for $1.5 million. A representative of the UAE and a businessman from Turkey also purchased 2 thousand tons of SN-180 base oil for $1.5 million.
Another 2 thousand tons of SN-600 base oil were purchased by businessmen from the UAE and Kazakhstan. The total amount of transactions exceeded $1.6 million.
