The UNICEF Representative Office in Turkmenistan has announced a vacancy for the position of an Individual National Consultant for conducting a Multiple Indicators Cluster Survey (MICS).

Under the guidance of a Child Rights Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, the National Consultant will make recommendations to UNICEF in Turkmenistan in preparing and conducting MICS research in the country. He will also be responsible for coordinating the work of other consultants hired by UNICEF to provide technical assistance to the MICS process.

The consultant will work closely with the research team, stakeholders, as well as steering and technical committees, and represent UNICEF at survey-related events. It will also interact with the UNICEF regional office.

The deadline for submitting applications is January 17, 2023.
