Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Zhang Ming called Central Asia a key region of the organization during the Second Forum of analytical centers of the Central Asian countries and China, Kazinfom reports.
The SCO Secretary General stressed the inseparability of Eurasia from the countries of the region, which are connected by uninterrupted transport links, and also noted that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the states of Central Asia.
The next forum of analytical centers is aimed at strengthening scientific exchanges between the leading institutes of strategic studies of the Central Asian countries and the People's Republic of China.
