A literary contest for the International Women's Day has been announced in Turkmenistan

In honor of the International Women's Day, the Association of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan in the Ahal region, together with the editorial office of the regional newspaper Ahal durmushy, launched a literary contest.

Anyone can take part in the creative competition. The works of art submitted for the contest should tell about the role of women in Turkmen society and mothers in educating young people in the spirit of patriotism.

Articles, essays, poems and other works of art should also reflect the family values of the Turkmen people, pay tribute to the ancient art of needlework.

Works are accepted until March 3 by e-mail ahaldurmushy-gazeti@online.tm .

The winners will be awarded with memorable prizes.
