Turkey to hold International Gas Summit in February – Turkish Ministry of Energy

The Republic of Turkey will hold an International gas Summit in February, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Donmez said during a visit to Northern Macedonia, CNN Turk reports.

According to the official, Turkey's gas infrastructure is also becoming accessible to the countries of the Euroregion. At the same time, the number of states invited to the summit has not yet been specified.

Recently, following the results of the summit of the heads of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey in Avaza, the parties came to a decision to create a working group on the transportation of Turkmen gas to alternative markets, including in the European direction.
