From January 3, 2023, citizens of Turkmenistan wishing to obtain a visa to Turkey will have to provide an additional notarized "Declaration of Consent" plus previously required documents. This is reported on the website of the Turkish Visa Center.
"Since 03.01.2023, citizens of Turkmenistan who will apply for a visa at the Turkish Visa Center of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Ashgabat must submit a "Declaration of Consent", notarized.
