Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on his 61st birthday
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the personal contribution of his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev to strengthening the multifaceted partnership between the two countries. This is stated in the congratulatory message of the head of the Turkmen state to the President of Azerbaijan on the occasion of his birthday.
"I am convinced that the fruitful cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan will continue to develop successfully in the best traditions of friendship and good neighborliness for the benefit of our peoples," the message of congratulation, published on the website of the President of Azerbaijan, says.
