School and student teams of Turkmenistan are the second at the technological festival in Baku
The school and student teams of Turkmenistan took the second place at the international STEAM Azerbaijan 2022 festival, which was attended by about 900 participants from 300 teams, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reports.
The right to represent Turkmenistan at the international technological festival, held at the Baku Expocenter, was given to students of the 97th specialized school with in-depth study of languages. The student team was represented by students of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.
The festival was held in a competitive format and consisted of 10 nominations in various intellectual competitions. Teams from Turkmenistan, Turkey, Israel, Norway, Great Britain, Sweden, Estonia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan were represented at the event.
STEAM promotes the teaching of skills of the XXI century, identifies and unites students versed in digital technologies and promotes the use of modern ICT equipment in the educational process.
