The KSA Foreign Minister spoke at the Ashgabat Institute of International Relations
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud, who visited Ashgabat, took part in the Turkmen-Saudi diplomatic symposium on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The event was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan jointly with the Prince Saud Al Faisal Institute of Diplomatic Studies at the KSA Foreign Ministry.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia made a speech in which he gave a systematic analysis of the development of bilateral relations over three decades and noted that many events and moments of political tension have occurred in the region in recent years that have affected the international situation, but the kingdom and Turkmenistan have been able to maintain strong relations.
The distinguished guest also made a tour of the institute, during which he got acquainted with its activities and aspects of the professional training of Turkmen diplomats.
