A yoga seminar for beginners to get involved in this ancient practice will be held in Ashgabat on December 24, the Embassy of India in Turkmenistan reports.

Classes will be held under the mentorship of an expert from India, Nilam Watts, from 08:00 to 09:00 at the Yoga and Traditional Medicine Center of the Bagtyyarlyk Sports Complex (near the old zoo).

Admission is free. Visitors are only required to have a great desire to master spiritual practice and the necessary equipment — a yoga mat.

Yoga classes have a positive effect on all life support systems of the body. Everyone who does yoga regularly notes that the body becomes strong and flexible, the mind calms down, and thoughts come in order.
