Turkmenistan will open its embassy in Doha

The decree on opening the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the State of Qatar was signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Friday during an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers with the participation of the heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices of the country abroad, and representatives of Turkmenistan to international organizations.

The document prescribes to open an embassy of Turkmenistan in the capital of Qatar - the city of Doha in order to further develop bilateral relations.

This issue was discussed by the President of Turkmenistan and the Emir of Qatar during Serdar Berdimuhamedov's visit to Doha in early December.
