Prospects of the Trans-Caspian transport route will be discussed at a conference in the USA


Prospects for the use and development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route will be discussed at the conference "Middle Corridor: Connecting the economy through ports and air transportation", which will be held at the World Trade Center in Baltimore, USA, Trend news agency reports.
During the industry conference, importers, exporters, shippers, consignees, freight forwarders and other trade participants will be able to exchange ideas and discuss the possibility of transportation along the Trans-Caspian route, as well as the development of ports in Azerbaijan, the Central Asian region and beyond, the announcement of the event says.
The Trans-Caspian International Transport Route is a developing transit corridor connecting the countries of Central Asia with the South Caucasus and further with Eastern Europe.
The conference in Baltimore is organized by the US-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce (USACC) and the mission of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in Azerbaijan in partnership with the Azerbaijani Embassy in the United States.
