A solid package of documents has been prepared for the meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Russian Commission on Economic Cooperation, which will be held on December 7 in Moscow. This fact was noted by the Russian Foreign Minister during a meeting with his Turkmen counterpart on Tuesday.
"The presidents set the tone for cooperation. In 2022 alone, the leaders of our states met five times," Lavrov said during talks with Meredov.
The Co–Chairs of the IPC - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexey Overchuk and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov – regularly "check the clock" on the most pressing issues of the economic agenda.
Their previous meeting took place less than a month ago, on November 15, 2022 in Ashgabat.
