Tokayev called Kazakhstan's cooperation with the fraternal countries of Central Asia a priority

Newly elected President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said in his inaugural speech that the priority attention of the state will be on issues of mutually beneficial cooperation and strategic partnership with the fraternal countries of Central Asia, Russia and China, the official website of the CIS reports.
The Head of the republic also indicated interest in multifaceted cooperation with the United States, the European Union, the countries of the Middle East and Transcaucasia.
At the same time, Kazakhstan will adhere to modern international law and the UN Charter and will continue to implement a balanced foreign policy aimed at protecting national interests.
