Turkmen specialists took part in the OSCE seminar on passenger data exchange


Representatives of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan took part in the events of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe dedicated to the exchange of primary data on passengers of international flights.
Working meetings and training seminars were held in Vienna, Austria, from November 1 to 4, the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan writes on the official website.
During the events, issues related to the ways of exchanging preliminary information about citizens between host countries and controlling the movement of suspicious persons were discussed. International experts in this field shared their experience in data collection, analysis and further application.
The participants noted the importance of holding such meetings on a regular basis to expand cooperation with international organizations and experience exchange.
