Draft State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2023 submitted to Parliament for consideration
The draft State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2023 was finalized in accordance with the instructions of the President and presented at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, held via video link on Friday.
Key investments in the next year, as before, will be directed to the development of the economy, increasing production capacity, housing construction and the social sphere. Funds have been pledged to increase wages, pensions, student scholarships, state benefits and other social benefits.

During the government meeting, the draft State Budget-2023 was sent for consideration to the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh – the Parliament of Turkmenistan.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov also instructed to accelerate the preparation of a program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan. Particular attention should be paid to the construction program, the head of state said.
