Chelyabinsk industrial companies are aimed at the Turkmen market
The international exhibition and conference dedicated to the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan ended on Friday. Among the participants of the forum were heads and representatives of the largest companies, international financial structures, production organizers, etc. from various countries and regions. Including from the Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation, representatives of whose delegation shared their impressions of the Ashgabat meetings with their colleagues.
– When we went to Ashgabat, – says Mikhail Stashkevich, specialist of the International Cooperation Department of the Export Support Center of the Chelyabinsk Region Agency for International Cooperation, – we thought that the main wealth of Turkmenistan is mineral resources, and first of all, oil and gas. But when we arrived at the place, and many of us were here for the first time, we abruptly changed our minds.
We realized that the main wealth of Turkmenistan is people. Hospitable, sympathetic people live here, and, judging by the well–organized forum, they are high professionals in their field.
The few days we spent in Ashgabat, despite the rich and interesting program, flew by like an instant. Therefore, I would like to express my great gratitude to the organizers for the invitation to participate in the forum and for the wonderful conditions that have been created for our work.
Chelyabinsk region at the international exhibition "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2022" was represented by a collective stand of seven enterprises: these are the industrial company "ANEKO", LLC "Neft-Service", LLC "ElMetro-Engineering", BMW M-Service, Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant and the company "UPSK Export".
ANEKO, a company known far beyond the borders of the Russian Federation, was represented by its CEO Mikhail Andryushchenko at the oil and gas forum in Ashgabat:
– Turkmenistan is among the richest countries in natural resources. Including oil and gas, and our company "ANEKO" produces high-quality equipment for their production. These are complexes of anti-blowout equipment, which is used to seal the mouth of oil and gas wells during their construction and repair. And we really hope that our technologies will allow us to further increase the economic potential that Turkmenistan has.
And the potential of the fuel and energy complex of Turkmenistan is huge. And I am convinced that the cooperation between the companies of your country and the Chelyabinsk region will be productive and mutually beneficial.
Our region is called the industrial and manufacturing giant of Russia. In addition to oil and gas equipment, Chelyabinsk plants produce a wide variety of products. In the machine-building complex, for example, almost a third of the production staff of the Chelyabinsk region is involved.
Or take the Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant, which specializes in the production of pipes. It is one of the largest enterprises in Russia. There are many other modern enterprises that have the opportunity to supply high-quality products to Turkmenistan for the accelerated development of your country, to build houses and roads, to re-equip factories and factories, to lay oil and gas pipelines, etc.
My fellow countryman and colleague Vitaly Ibraev, who is the marketing director of the company "Neft-Service", can confirm this.
– It is a great honor for us to receive an invitation to represent the Chelyabinsk Region of the Russian Federation here. This is, first of all, an opportunity to establish partnership relations with Turkmenistan," Vitaly Ibrayev supported the conversation.
The company "Neft-Service", which employs a highly professional engineering and technical team, produces equipment, as well as spare parts and consumables for drilling wells and their overhaul. In addition, performs repair and restoration work of equipment, etc.
We are really delighted with Turkmenistan's focus on the accelerated development of the fuel and energy complex, which was discussed a lot at the international exhibition and conference that brought together world oil and gas companies in Ashgabat. Moreover, Turkmenistan has far-reaching prospects on the path of sustainable and intensive development.
We have many points of contact of mutual interests in this direction. Therefore, the companies of the Chelyabinsk region not only show great interest in cooperation with Turkmenistan, but also make great efforts to realize the complementary opportunities available to your country and our region.
– Meetings, negotiations and working consultations during the international exhibition and conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2022" took place a month after the visit to Ashgabat of the delegation of the Southern Urals headed by the Governor of the Chelyabinsk region Alexey Texler – the representative of the URAL automobile plant in Turkmenistan, Akmyrat Yylkybayev, says, – That is, the dialogue started then has already begun to receive practical content and development.
I would like to add that when communicating with representatives of the oil and gas industry, the members of the Chelyabinsk delegation also discussed issues of cooperation to improve the skills of local specialists, which is also very important for us. Since both sides are interested not only in the supply of products and technologies, but also in the exchange of accumulated knowledge and experience.
