The President of Turkmenistan met with the new Ambassador of Georgia

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with the new Ambassador of Georgia to Turkmenistan Konstantin Sabiashvili, during which the parties discussed cooperation in trade, economic, transport and energy spheres, TDH reports.
The favorable geographical position of the two countries, as noted, creates favorable prerequisites for the creation of multimodal transport and transit corridors through the Caspian and Black Sea regions.
Presenting credentials to the President, the Georgian Ambassador noted the significant role of the joint Intergovernmental Commission and assured the head of state that he would contribute to the development of traditionally friendly relations.
