OSCE organized a course of lectures on political communication for students of Turkmenistan

According to a press release from the organization'sAshgabat office, about seventy students of three Turkmen universities got acquainted with the functions and tasks of political communication, its models and classical theories at a four-day course conducted by the OSCE in an online format.
Students from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for the Humanitiesand Development studied the circulation of political information and the use of digital platforms in the activities of public authorities, discussing the role of the digital divide and media literacy in modern political dialogue.
