Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty inspected the construction of the new center of Ahal
On Saturday, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty-the Upper House of the Turkmen Parliament Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov inspected the construction of facilities for the new administrative center of the Akhal region and preparations for the autumn planting campaign. On the spot, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was accompanied by the head of the State Committee for the Construction of the New Center Deryageldi Orazov and mayor of the new city Shamuhammet Durdiliyev, who informed the head of Halk Maslakhaty about the ongoing and planned work.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also paid attention to the readiness for the upcoming mass planting of trees and held a working meeting with the named leaders on the arrangement of the new administrative center, the creation of a comfortable living space for future new settlers and a favorable living environment.
The Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty was informed in detail about the activities of private construction companies engaged in this large-scale new building. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, holding the implementation of an important urban development project under his personal control regularly inspects the state of affairs on this construction site.
During his visit to the new administrative center of Akhal, the head of the Halk Maslakhaty visited the construction site of an equestrian composition with a monumental sculpture of a horse Akhan.
