Departments in Turkmenistan provide more than 100 electronic services
To date, Turkmen government agencies provide a total of 114 electronic services to the population, the Turkmenaragatnashyk agency told ORIENT.
Of the 57 ministries, branch departments, regional, city and district administrations operating in Turkmenistan, only 18 do not provide electronic services. At the moment, they are actively working to place access to their services through a single portal of public services e.gov.tm .
A total of 77 services of government agencies are presented both on their official websites and on the e.gov.tm platform. 37 departments provide electronic services exclusively on their web pages.
In total, on the e.gov.tm portal more than 14.4 thousand personal accounts have been created, and from January to September the platform was visited 348 thousand times. The site offers 16 online payment services and 176 information services.
