The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the head of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and the people of the country on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the states. The text of the congratulation is given in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
The Turkmen leader noted that the relations between the two countries are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, emphasizing the interest in expanding bilateral ties. In conclusion, Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Vladimir Zelensky good health, happiness, wellbeing, and progress and prosperity to the Ukrainian people.
