Bidding on SCRMET: 20 thousand tons of liquefied gas were sold for export
On Thursday, July 7, 27 deals for the purchase of liquefied natural gas totaling $10.6 million were concluded at the auction of the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan, the ORIENT correspondent reports.
The cost of LNG decreased by 3.4% compared to the last sales and amounted to $531 per ton. The buyers were entrepreneurs from Turkey, the UAE, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.
In total, 20 thousand tons of liquefied gas produced at the enterprises of the state concern "Turkmengaz" will be exported from Turkmenistan.
Compared with average LNG prices in June, this product is now trading at the SCRMET by 9.1% more expensive.
