Bidding on SCRMET: the price of liquefied gas has increased significantly


The price of liquefied natural gas increased significantly at the auction of the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan on July 6, the correspondent of ORIENT reports.
Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan offered $550 per ton of LNG, which is 10.8% more compared to the price at the last auction. In total, 1.2 thousand tons of liquefied gas will be exported. The total amount of transactions for this product amounted to $165 thousand.
In the domestic market, local businesses purchased a total of 15 thousand tons of technical granulated sulfur for a total of 78 million TMT.
Turkmen entrepreneurs also purchased various types of handmade carpets at the auction for a total of 12.2 thousand TMT.
