Strong and indivisible security is the main task and condition for interaction in the Caspian Sea region

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov called the provision of strong, long-term and indivisible security in the region one of the main tasks and, at the same time, an indispensable condition for the success of five-sided cooperation in the Caspian Sea.

In order for the Caspian region to remain a zone of stability and trust, not subject to risks for peace and development, it is necessary to jointly counter terrorism, drug trafficking, organized crime, and any other illegal activity. According to the head of Turkmenistan, such interaction should be uncompromising, systematic and transparent.
