Presidents of Turkmenistan and Russia to meet on June 10

Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on June 10 in Moscow, according to a Kremlin website.

The Turkmen leader will arrive in Russia on the invitation of the President of the Russian Federation, and this will be the first official foreign visit of Serdar Berdimuhamedov as the head of state, the announcement says.

During talks, it is planned to discuss the whole range of issues of further bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic and humanitarian spheres, as well as topical regional and international topics.

During the visit, a Declaration on deepening the strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation will be signed.
