Serdar Berdimuhamedov inspected the largest new buildings in Ashgabat and Akhal


On Friday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov inspected the state of affairs at the largest construction sites in Ashgabat and in the new center of the Akhal region, where the first stage of construction of facilities is being completed.
The Head of State first flew around the territory of the new regional center by helicopter, where dozens of residential, administrative and public buildings of the future city rose, the silhouette of which has already acquired visible outlines.

After that, the President inspected from the side the economic complex of a large enterprise being prepared for commissioning, built in the Buzmein district of Ashgabat, a Center for the repair of power equipment, with the opening of which the service infrastructure of the country's electric power industry will reach a new level.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov also inspected the ongoing construction of new residential areas in the west of the capital – these are the districts of Gurtli and Keshi, paid attention to the construction of the Tashkent Park along Makhtumkuli Avenue. Then the route of the head of state passed over the construction site of the new building of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan, the International Health and Rehabilitation Center and the International Scientific and Clinical Center of Physiology, as well as a new large shopping center in the eastern part of the city.
Intensive construction also continues in the south of Ashgabat, including in the Parakhat-7 area. Having assessed the dynamics of the development of this residential area, the President's helicopter headed for the foothills of Kopetdag and landed in the Makhtumkuli Fragi Cultural and Park complex.

Here, Deputy Prime Minister Charymyrat Purchekov and Ashgabat Mayor Rustam Gandymov presented to Serdar Berdimuhamedov projects on the design of a park with a monument of the Turkmen classic, as well as the modernization of the capital's road transport system.
Igor Bukato, the head of the Russian Vozrozhdenie holding, was also present at the venue, who, using the example of planning schemes and design layouts, informed the head of state about the details of the project of the Ashgabat-Turkmenbashi highway section - from Garabogaz to the border with Kazakhstan. In addition, proposals were announced for the reconstruction of the capital's Kopetdag Avenue and the modernization of the ring road around Ashgabat. Bukato also reported in detail on the construction of a complex of self-protective structures near the southern limits of the capital, from the mountains.

During the visit to the park complex, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov got acquainted with the landscaping of the vast territories around the Makhtumkuli monument and gave instructions for further work for the qualitative and full completion of this historical and cultural project and preparation for the grand opening of this large-scale ensemble.
