Vladimir Putin decorated Serdar Berdimuhamedov with the Order of Friendship

President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree on decorating the head of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, with the Order of Friendship. Document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information of the Russian Federation.

The Turkmen leader was decorated with the Order “For a great contribution to strengthening the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan,” the text of the decree says.

Putin signed the document on May 18, the day of the celebration of Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan.
