A new factory for the production of toothbrushes HO "Tyaze Saba" was opened in Akhal


The Tyaze Saba Business Company has commissioned a new toothbrush manufacturing plant in the village of Yangala in the Geoktepe district of the Akhal region of Turkmenistan, the ORIENT correspondent reports.
The object is worth 22 million. TMT will provide the production of 5 million toothbrushes per year under the trademark CV Dent with the possibility of expanding production to 22 million jesters per year. The final products of the plant will cost 10 times less in comparison with imported analogues.
The company has created 34 new jobs with the possibility of expanding the number of staff to 100 people, which will contribute to the implementation of the state policy in the field of youth employment in Geoktepa district.

The plant's products will be made of polymer materials that exclude the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria on their surface. The priority suppliers of raw materials for the enterprise will be the Kiyanly Polymer Plant and the Italian manufacturer of nylon threads.
Production at the factory is fully automated using the latest software, since toothbrushes are hygienic products that require sterility. The production line from Austria and Germany provides daily production of up to twenty-five thousand items for dental care.

In the current year, Tyaze Saba produced about 4.2 million pieces of toothbrushes, of which 2.6 million were exported abroad, and 1.6 million were sold on the domestic market. Every month, the company sells more than 150 thousand units of hygienic products on the territory of Turkmenistan.
At the moment, CV Dent toothbrushes are purchased in the UAE, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Belarus and Turkey. Recently, Tyaze Saba has received certificates of compliance with international quality standards ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 45001-2018, which allows the business company to expand exports to European countries from the USA.
