Two advisers to the President of Turkmenistan appointed – on the agro-industrial complex and fuel and energy complex


Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having fully formed the renewed composition of the government of Turkmenistan after the approval of the heads of law enforcement agencies on April 6, made two more personnel decisions on Friday. He appointed presidential advisers on agriculture and the oil and gas sector.
This was announced at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers following the results for the first quarter, the report of which was broadcast in the evening newscast of the Turkmen State Radio and Television.
The head of state decided to appoint Annageldy Yazmuradov, who has extensive experience in this industry and held senior positions in 2008-2019, including Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources, and Governor of the Akhal region, as Advisor to the President of Turkmenistan on agriculture. He was also a candidate for the presidency of Turkmenistan in the 2012 elections.
Ashirguly Begliev, who headed the Turkmengas State Concern in 2015-2016, has been appointed Advisor on Oil and Gas Issues.
