Xi Jinping congratulates Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his election as president

In the telegram, the Chinese leader noted that since gaining independence 30 years ago, Turkmenistan has made significant progress in state building and the revival of the Turkmen nation.
As a friendly neighbor and strategic partner of Turkmenistan, China is sincerely happy about this, according to the website of the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
