CEC registers new candidates for presidential elections

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums in Turkmenistan has registered three new presidential candidates. Two of them nominated by initiative groups of citizens - head of the sanitary and epidemiological service Maksatmyrat Ovezgeldiyev, Babadaikhan district, Akhal region, and Kakageldy Sariyev, director of the Research and Production Center "Renewable Energy Sources" of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan. The third one is the director of the ES Wepaly gurluşyk” Babamyrat Meredov is running from the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Registration of candidates continues.
