High-ranking diplomats of the Organization of Turkic States to discuss the situation in Kazakhstan


The Council of Foreign Ministers of the member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States will hold its extraordinary meeting on the situation in Kazakhstan on Tuesday, January 11. This was reported in a press release published on Monday on the website of the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
The meeting will be held at the call of Turkey as the country chairing the Organization of Turkic States. The meeting of high-ranking diplomats will be held in the format of a video conference chaired by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, the statement said.

Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey and Uzbekistan are members of the organization, Turkmenistan and Hungary have observer status.
