The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan intends to involve companies with extensive experience in the field of urban planning and consulting in the construction of the smart city of Ashgabat City.

The relevant international tenders have been announced today in the official Turkmen press and will last until February 9, 2022.

The construction company is to conduct a comprehensive engineering and geological survey on the site allocated for the construction of an innovative residential complex. The consulting company will have to implement a high-tech digital system to control the construction progress of Ashgabat-City

It is expected that more than 107 thousand residents will be able to live in Ashgabat City in the north of the Turkmen capital in 180 fashionable 12-35-storey buildings with “smart” filling.

It is planned that the residential buildings of the "city within the city" will have 17 thousand 836 apartments. The total area of the project is 744 hectares, on which it is planned to build more than 240 objects for various purposes.
