Online dialogue with fitness experts to be held in Turkmenistan
On the occasion of the World Health Day, which is annually celebrated on April 7, the “Ashgabat” Sports Clubs chain will hold a meeting with fitness and bodybuilding experts.
A virtual session for supporters of healthy and active lifestyle will be held by fitness and bodybuilding experts, winners of international competitions, as well as certified instructors in aerobics and strength extreme. They have vast experience in coaching and sports competitions. Among them, the Secretary General of the Central Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (CABPF), Coach of the International Category WBPF Vepa Nurnazarov, the Champion of Central Asia and Kazakhstan in Bodybuilding and Fitness, the Absolute Champion of the country in Bodybuilding Rustam Karayev.
