The President urged to involve the Turkmen business in the diversification of the fuel and energy complex
State Concern “Turkmengaz” will purchase material and technical resources - equipment and spare parts - from Auguste International Fze (UAE) for the modernization of installations at gas production stations of the “Döwletabatgazçykaryş” management.
The decision was approved by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, having signed the corresponding document during the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan via video link on Tuesday.
In addition to this issue, Deputy Prime Minister for Fuel and Energy Complex Shakhim Abdrakhmanov reported on the expansion of the types of import-substituting products produced by the Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex. In particular, the assortment of the Turkmenbashi oil refineries complex was supplemented by semi-synthetic lubricating motor oils under the brands “Turkmenoil Advance 5W-40” and “Turkmenoil Premium 5W-40”, as well as fuel for ships, aluminum-reinforced polypropylene microfilm.
The head of state noted that the domestic oil and gas industry continues to increase export supplies and is mastering the production of new products of energy processing. In this context, the President urged to use the opportunities of the non-state sector, more actively involving the Turkmen business in the diversification of the fuel and energy complex.
