A representative of Mary became winner of the contest «Businesswoman of the year»
The final round of the annual contest «Businesswoman of the year» was held in Ashkhabad, in the Centre of public organisations of the country. At the closing stage of the contest announced by the Main board of the Union of Women of Turkmenistan, there were 42 representatives of the capital and regions in seven nominations.
Participants are the women who have become successful in the most different spheres: trade and public life, education of children, popularisation of national cultural heritage noted by the vigorous activity in military-legal structures and development of village, and also in market economy and business development.
Some members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan took part in the last nomination of the contest.
By the unanimous decision of the jury, honorary title «Businesswoman of the year» was given to the head of the Centre of businesswomen of the Mary division of the Union of Women Aykhan Rejepova.
- Business is a creative business, - she speaks. – It all time demands new approaches, research and inventive thinking, modern knowledge. Contacting her women colleagues, I see how they show all these qualities in business.
The activity of women grows today practically in all directions of development of business in our country. It, first of all, takes place thanks to that support which the states and the president render to formation of Turkmen business and creation of equal possibilities for development this environment.
According to Aykhan Rejepova, successful female start-ups play a large role in business popularisation at local level. Since small and mini projects and then expanding the best experts in the territory of the regions, cities and villages, introducing positive changes in their life, women-businesswomen set an enthusiastic example for her compatriots.
