Information center to be created to promote digital education in Turkmenistan
President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved a joint project with Korean partners to create an Information Accessibility Center.
The project, developed as part of the concept for the development of digital education in Turkmenistan, was presented by Deputy Prime Minister Sapardurdy Toylyev on Thursday during a working meeting of the government.
What will the Turkmen education system gain from the implementation of this proposal, which was once received from the South Korean Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technologies?
According to the report of the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the scientific and educational sphere, the future Information Accessibility Center will play its role in bringing the educational system of Turkmenistan to a qualitatively new level, as well as electronic educational services in particular, will provide educational institutions with educational and methodological literature that meets modern realities, will advance the process of training future personnel through digital educational services and platforms.
The center, as we were informed by the Ministry of Education, will be equipped with modern information and communication technologies, innovative educational equipment, computers and servers of the latest modifications, and new generation software.
